Description: This notification, issued by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (Vyapam) , announces a written recruitment examination (MIII25) for vacant posts of Group 3 – D.T.P. Operator and Graphics Art Designer under the Printing and Stationery Department.
Profile Registration: Vyapam has provided a facility for Profile Registration (Panjiyan) on the portal. Once registered, applicants will not need to enter personal details repeatedly for each exam application.
Verification of Documents: Vyapam is not collecting certificates related to caste, date of birth, local residency, educational qualification, disability, ex-serviceman status, etc.. All certificates will be examined by the Appointing Authority.
Error Correction: Applicants are given days after the final date of online application to correct errors in the form18181818. Corrections must be done by the applicant themselves. For correcting basic information, the applicant must first correct their Profile Registration details.
Photo and Signature: For new online profile registration, applicants must have a scanned photograph (light background, front view) and a scanned signature in jpg/.jpeg format. The size for both should be between a minimum of 50 kb and a maximum of 100 kb
Submission: After successfully paying the fee, applicants must press the \”SUBMIT\” button to submit their application.
Print Out: Applicants must take a print out of the successfully submitted application form and keep it safe.
💡 Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
Question Paper: The paper will contain 100 objective-type questions.
Marks: 01 mark will be awarded for each question.
Duration: The time allotted to solve these questions is 02:00 hours.
Answering: Candidates must select one of the four options provided. Answers must be marked by completely filling the circle on the OMR sheet using a Blue/Black Dot Pen.
Negative Marking: There is a provision for negative marking. $1/4$ (one-fourth) of the allotted marks will be deducted for a wrong answer or for marking more than one option. Zero marks will be given for unanswered questions.
Result: The result will be released based on the information filled in the application form. Vyapam will not make any corrections at any stage.
Re-evaluation/Re-checking: There is no provision for re-calculation or re-evaluation as the OMR sheet is evaluated by an OMR machine.
📑 Instructions for Exam Day
Reporting and Entry
Reporting Time: Candidates must be present at the exam centre at least two hours before the commencement of the exam.
Gate Closing: The main gate will be closed 30 minutes before the start time. Since the exam starts at 11:00 AM, the gate will close at 10:30 AM. No entry will be allowed after the time mentioned on the admit card.
Verification: Presence is required early for identity verification using the original photo ID and frisking.
Required Documents and Items
Candidates must bring only the following items into the examination hall:
Admit Card (Print out all pages, printing on one side only)
Black or Blue Ball Point Pen.
Original Photo Identity Proof such as Voter ID / Driving License / PAN Card / Aadhaar Card. Entry will not be given without the original photo ID.
Dress Code and Prohibited Items
Clothing: Wear light-colored, half-sleeved clothes. Wearing black, dark blue, dark green, purple, maroon, violet, and dark chocolate colors is prohibited.
Sweaters: Only a simple sweater (without pockets) is allowed. It must be removed for security check. There is no restriction on the color or sleeve length for the sweater.
Footwear: Wear slippers.
Jewelry: Any kind of ear jewelry/ornaments is prohibited.
Prohibited Items: Communication devices, electronic devices, electronic watch, purse, pouch, scarf, belt, cap, etc., are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall
